How do you consolidate credit card debt if you do not own a home?

I owe about $12,000 in credit card debt and I wanted to make that my year’s goal to pay it off, but a lot of the websites I find require that you own a home, or charge a huge interest for someone to “negotiate” with your creditors to bring down interest. Does anyone know of a good resource where I can just consolidate the debt and make one reasonable payment?

Is financial analysis and consolidating debt really worth it?

My boyfriend and I just had a financial analysis done but haven’t gotten the results on our options yet. Is it really worth it to go through with this? Has anyone had experience on it? I mean we have debt but not so much we can’t handle. On the other hand we are both mid-twenties and have no retirement savings started and we are not able to put much, if any, in our savings accounts. We will have the option to consolidate debt, start retirement accounts, have money to put in savings, and get better life insurance. Is this just a ploy for the financial company to prey on young people or is this real? Please help!

Thinking of consolidating debt to qualify for an educational loan next Semester?

Would this work?
The debt is around 10,000 dollars and right now the vehicle I use would work better with a new engine, which I would need for school. Just in general need a loan for school expenses.
I would like the educational loan as soon as possible. Next Semester .
Might this be the right way to go about doing this?
