How do you get a court to garnish wages for debt collection?

I have judgement against an individual and his company for close to $10K. I know that his company is still solvent, yet few debt collection agencies could be found in my area (Lehigh Valley, PA). Is there a way to have the court garnish wages to collect debt?

How long can a landlord take before pursuing debt from a previous tenant in Colorado?

I have just received a collection for $250 from a previous landlord of over 3 years prior. This landlord also kept my entire deposit at the time. According to the Colorado Statute of Limitations, can he come after me for this debt out of the blue 3 years later?

If a father owes real estate debt does the debt go to the children after his death?

How does rental property affect your income to debt ratio?

We have made an offer on a new house. We are considering turning our current house into a rental property and are extremely confident it would rent quickly.

I guess my real question is this: will the rental income “wash out” the debt owed on the house, or when we get our financing in order will they just look at the debt owed on the current mortgage?

Do loans in deferment count towards your debt when you apply for a mortgage?

Deferment, for those of you who don’t know, is when you don’t have to pay back your loan because you meet certain criteria. It’s different than default, which means you didn’t pay it under the terms to which you agreed.
